Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Operations Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support.

The role will play an important part in ensuring smooth and productive HR operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality,



and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, regularization, and related HR processes.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll processing and ensure timely sharing of payroll inputs.
- Administer employee benefits and support employees with benefit-related queries.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits.
- Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of HR letters, documents, and employee records.
