About the Role:

Macsen Aviation is looking for a Front Desk Officer who is professional, confident, well-presented, cheerful, and customer-focused. The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple clients and visitors efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous approach. The role will also involve coordinating bookings and managing the overall customer journey for clients, ensuring that every interaction with Macsen Aviation is smooth, well-coordinated, and memorable

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet, and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a cheerful, warm
courteous and skilled manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently.




- Coordinate guest arrivals and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Manage client bookings and coordinate booking-related requirements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Take ownership of the overall customer journey, from the client's first interaction and arrival through their visit and departure.

- Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit documentation.
