Delivery/ Project Manager - Capital Markets Trading - (BFSI) - India
Job Details
- Role Type: Delivery Manager
- Total Experience Required: 8-12 years of overall relevant experience.
- BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.
- Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
- Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery for Capital Markets Trading transformation initiatives
- Apply Agile/PI planning practices to structure and track delivery
- Coordinate across business, technology, and operations stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support delivery governance, risk tracking,



and reporting using Jira and Confluence
- Bring banking or capital markets domain context to delivery planning and prioritization decisions
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Strong core PM skills and hands-on Agile/PI planning experience - this is the primary, non-negotiable requirement
- Banking domain exposure is the preferred second requirement if a candidate with both solid PM skills and wealth domain knowledge cannot be found
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Capital markets knowledge, specifically brokerage or trade lifecycle experience, is preferred as the strongest combination of core skill plus domain skill
- If capital markets knowledge is not available, general banking domain experience would be acceptable as a secondary option
