Position : Senior Maintenance Technician

Qualification : ITI / Diploma (Electricals)

Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / EMS / SMT

Experience : 3-5 years

Job Description
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of 3-phase electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, MCCs, PCCs, control panels, transformers, VFDs, contactors, relays, sensors, and starters.
- Maintain electrical distribution systems, LT panels, DBs, MCCs, and power supply systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other testing instruments.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment within minimum possible downtime.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules and checklists.
- Monitor electrical parameters such as voltage, current, phase sequence, load, power factor, and insulation resistance.




- Identify and rectify issues related to phase failure, phase imbalance, overload, short circuit, earth fault, and voltage fluctuations.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation of electrical equipment.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports, PM checklists, and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, and plant safety standards.
