Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute loyalty programs to drive customer retention and acquisition for the bank's consumer products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including merchants, airlines, hotels, etc.
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, app notifications) to promote loyalty program benefits and rewards.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize program design and improve ROI.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in loyalty program management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand alliances and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of campaign management principles, including performance marketing tactics.
- Experience working in the financial services industry or a similar regulated setting.
