Role Description
The CCTV Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for monitoring live and recorded CCTV footage to identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or equipment issues. Day-to-day tasks include operating DVR/NVR systems, managing camera views, logging incidents, and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel or security teams. The role involves performing basic checks on system performance,



coordinating with technical staff when cameras or recording equipment require maintenance, and ensuring all surveillance operations follow company policies and legal guidelines. The CCTV Operator will maintain detailed records, respond promptly to alerts or requests for footage, and support overall security operations with clear communication and accurate documentation.

Qualifications
- Ability to operate CCTV systems, DVR/NVR equipment, and basic IP camera interfaces with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts related to security systems, such as connectivity, bandwidth, and system uptime.
- Strong observational skills, situational awareness, and the ability to recognize and document unusual or suspicious behavior.
