Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist to support

day-to-day HR functions and contribute to building effective HR policies and processes.

This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring

smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing,



implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee inductions and manage end-to-end onboarding formalities
- Handle exit processes including documentation and exit interviews
- Manage payroll inputs, coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Address employee grievances and support resolution in a fair and timely manner
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
- Support overall HR operations and continuous process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Valuable understanding of HR processes and labor practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
