Summary:- The primary role of an Enquiry Generation Field Worker is to identify potential customers and collect their contact information. You will work on the ground, meet people face-to-face, and introduce our products or services to create initial interest.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits: Travel daily to assigned geographic areas, markets, or neighborhoods.
- Generate leads: Meet prospective clients to explain product/service perks and gather their contact details.
- Data collection: Fill out enquiry forms accurately using mobile apps or physical registers.
- Achieve targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for number of leads generated.
- Market feedback: Report customer responses, complaints, and competitor activity back to the manager.




- Brand representation: Act as the professional face of the company during all public interactions. [1, 2, 3]

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Communication: Clear, confident speaking skills and the ability to convince people.
- Languages: Fluency in the local regional language is mandatory.
- Mobility: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
