Job Description - Retail Site Survey Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Site Survey Executive to support retail expansion across Bangalore. The role involves conducting on-ground site surveys, collecting accurate measurements, evaluating retail spaces, documenting site conditions, and coordinating with brokers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure every potential location is execution-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical site surveys for retail stores across high streets, malls, and commercial developments.
- Capture accurate measurements including carpet area, frontage, ceiling height, floor levels, and access points.
- Document site conditions through photographs, videos, and detailed survey reports.
- Assess technical feasibility, including:
- Power load availability
- Water supply and drainage
- HVAC provisions
- Fire safety requirements
- Loading/unloading access




- Signage visibility
- Prepare site survey reports with layouts, observations, risks, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and mall management for site access and information.
- Verify commercial details such as rental expectations, CAM charges, lock-in period, escalation, and possession timelines.
- Maintain an organized database of surveyed properties with Google Maps links, photographs, floor plans, and key commercial details.
- Support the design, project management, and leasing teams during store rollout.
- Conduct competitor mapping and capture market intelligence for assigned micro-markets.
- Submit daily and weekly field activity reports.
