Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior ServiceNow Virtual Agent Developer based in Mengio. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations, integrations, and workflows to support ITSM and other business processes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements,



configuring ServiceNow modules, implementing conversational flows and AI-driven solutions, and optimizing the Virtual Agent for usability and performance. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing unit and integration testing, documenting technical designs, and ensuring best practices and governance standards are followed. The Senior Developer will mentor junior team members, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Virtual Agent configuration, Flow Designer, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with scripting languages and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs for building and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
