Insight Global is seeking an Integration Product Analyst to join a global consulting firm.
This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define integration solutions, create interface specifications, and support testing and delivery of enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience translating business needs into technical requirements, and a background in enterprise applications, with Workday or HR systems experience being a plus.

Must haves:
- Experience in a technical support and/or software development role preferred
- Ability to proactively and independently partner with the functional teams to understand needs and translate them into technology requirements,



using a consultative approach to understand the system functionality and apply that knowledge to solutioning
- Solid communication skills to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders on new integration requirements as well as integration enhancement requests
- Very organized individual that creates transparent and comprehensive specification documents for interfaces
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high quality prior to deployment
- Experience in the HR domain and on a SAAS applicationWorkday is a plus
