We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to help grow TechnologyAdvice's paid social acquisition efforts across our portfolio of B2B technology brands.

This role goes beyond campaign management. You'll own campaign execution while partnering closely with the Paid Media team, Creative, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve performance through testing, audience strategy, attribution, and creative optimization.

Our team operates with an experimentation mindset. We regularly test new audiences, placements, creatives, landing pages, and measurement strategies to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to influence these initiatives while helping scale paid social programs across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Recent team priorities have included moving from awareness-focused campaigns to full-funnel lead generation, improving measurement, and optimizing campaign performance through structured testing.

Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn, and additional paid social platforms including TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and future emerging channels.
- Develop campaign structures aligned with business objectives, audience intent, and platform best practices.
- Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and campaign delivery to maximize performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Design and execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance trends, audience behavior, and business goals.
