Job Description

We are looking for a Hardware & IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain computer hardware and provide technical support for ALLLEARN ACTIVE PUBLICATIONS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
- Identify and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to RAM, hard disks/SSDs, motherboards, power supplies, monitors, peripherals, etc.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for hardware repairs when required.
- Maintain records of company IT assets and hardware.
- Ensure computers and other equipment are functioning properly with minimal downtime.
- Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware-related issues.




- Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of computer components, peripherals, networking basics, and Windows OS.
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to hardware-related issues.

Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: 25000 - 30000 per month
