About the Role

NUMAEX is looking for a confident and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to manage its Experience Centre and strengthen engagement with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and other industry professionals.

The role combines Experience Centre management, architect relations, customer engagement, events, product presentations, professional follow-ups, and business development.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the NUMAEX Experience Centre.
- Ensure an exceptional, professional, and engaging experience for every visitor.
- Welcome architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and clients, understand their requirements, and introduce them to relevant NUMAEX products and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and referral partners.
- Plan and execute architect-engagement initiatives, referral-partner programmes, workshops, open houses, and customer events.
- Coordinate Experience Centre visits, product presentations,



sample displays, and product-training sessions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with visitors and qualified contacts to develop long-term relationships and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, follow-ups, contacts, and opportunities using CRM or internal reporting systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to support customer engagement and business growth.
- Represent NUMAEX professionally at meetings, exhibitions, events, and industry gatherings when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in architect relations, business development, customer engagement, showroom management, or Experience Centre management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
