Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Orthopedic Implants, Patient-Specific Implants (PSIs), Surgical Guides, Anatomical Models, and other advanced orthopedic solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, orthopedic centers, trauma centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and expand a solid customer base across assigned territories.
- Develop annual and quarterly business development plans to achieve revenue objectives.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions with orthopedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to business closure.
- Ensure sustainable revenue growth through key account management.

Hospital & Surgeon Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, spine surgeons, trauma specialists, arthroplasty surgeons, hospital administrators,



and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote product adoption.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and post-sales support.

Market Expansion
- Identify new hospitals, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Recommend business expansion strategies and new market opportunities.
- Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, workshops, and orthopedic exhibitions.

Marketing Support
- Support product launches and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.
- Organize surgeon meetings, workshops, and product training programs.
- Gather customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Clinical, Design, Engineering, Production, Operations, and Finance teams
