About the Role
Clouds and Trails International is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers / Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The role involves handling inbound enquiries generated through social media, advertisements, WhatsApp and other digital channels, understanding customer travel requirements, recommending suitable packages and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
This is a great chance for candidates who are interested in sales, travel and tourism, customer interaction and building a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers interested in domestic and international holidays.
- Follow up with leads received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, budget and number of travellers.
- Recommend suitable travel packages and prepare quotations.
- Explain package inclusions, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other travel services.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers until the sale is completed.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Who We Are Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Interest in travel and tourism is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with telecalling, telesales, customer service or travel sales experience will have an advantage.
