Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Plastics
Key Responsibilities
- Set and install moulds on injection moulding machines.
- Perform mould changeover and machine setup.
- Set basic process parameters as per approved standards.
- Check mould alignment, clamping and cooling connections.
- Conduct trial runs and coordinate for first-piece approval.
- Identify and rectify basic moulding defects.
- Ensure proper mould handling, cleaning and storage.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE and 5S standards.
- Maintain mould change and setup records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of injection moulding machines and moulds.
- Knowledge of process parameters and common moulding defects.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle mould changeover independently.
- Good safety awareness and teamwork.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
