Shift Timings: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Apr to Oct) / 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Nov to Mar)

About the Role:

A Leading Australian Engineering & Industrial Services Company is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, driving process improvements, and partnering with business leaders. Working remotely from India, you will play a key role in supporting the Australian finance function, delivering accurate financial reporting, improving business processes, and providing valuable commercial insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Weekly Responsibilities

 Payroll checks, timesheet reconciliations, and submissions





 Job costing and job closing

 Invoicing and revenue recognition

 Management scorecard reporting Monthly Responsibilities

 Complete month-end close, including WIP review, journals, accruals, and reconciliations

 Prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reconciliations

 Prepare monthly management reports with commercial insights

 Forecasting and budgeting to support leadership decision-making

 Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements

 Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

What We're Looking For

 ACCA or CA qualified (mandatory)

 Approximately 2+ years of Management Accounting experience

 Strong understanding of:
- Work in Progress (WIP)
- Job Costing
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Revenue Recognition
- Month-end Close
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations

 Advanced Microsoft Excel skil
