Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Private Wealth Manager / Senior Wealth Manager to acquire, onboard and manage HNI/UHNI clients. The role involves relationship management, wealth advisory, business development and AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, references and market outreach.
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Provide customized investment solutions based on client goals, risk profile and investment horizon.
- Sell and advise on PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, SIPs, Unlisted Shares, Equities, Commodities and Currency.
- Manage and grow client AUM, revenue and wallet share.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain a strong business pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, KYC requirements and internal compliance policies.

Desired Profile
- 5–12 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Broking or Financial Services.
- Proven experience in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship management.
- Solid track record of managing and growing an AUM book of 50 Crore+.
- Experience in selling PMS, AIFs and other investment products will be highly preferred.
