Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Video Editor to join the Creative Team of Hillywood Fiesta. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms, with a strong focus on Reels, short-form videos, promotional content, campaign assets and social-first storytelling. The role requires someone who understands what makes digital content engaging, has a strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing, and can transform raw footage, photographs, interviews, campaign ideas and creative concepts into compelling video content. This is not a production/post-production editing role. The position will primarily support the Creative and Marketing teams in developing digital and social media content.

Organisational Unit Function





The Video Editor will:
- A. Social Media Short-Form Video Content Edit engaging Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos for social media.
- A. Social Media Short-Form Video Content Create content optimised for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- A. Social Media Short-Form Video Content Convert raw footage and existing content into multiple social media assets.
- A. Social Media Short-Form Video Content Identify solid moments, visuals, sound bites and stories that can be turned into engaging digital content.
- A. Social Media Short-Form Video Content Create videos with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling designed to capture audience attention.
- A. Social Media Short-Form Video Content Adapt videos into different formats, durations and aspect ratios as required by different platforms.
- B. Creative Content Development Work with the Creative Team to translate content ideas and concept
