Job Summary:
DrSleepQure is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end HR activities. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
Manage the complete employee joining and onboarding process.
Collect and verify employee documents and maintain personnel files.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure proper completion of joining formalities.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave,
and employee-related documentation.
Monitor employee movements, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
Payroll & Compliance Coordination:
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
Maintain proper statutory and compliance-related records.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
Maintain positive employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Coordinate the employee performance appraisal process.
Track probation, confirmation, and performance review timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR activities is mandatory.
