- Cold calling: Initiate high-volume cold calls daily to prospective candidates using databases, job portals, and LinkedIn.
- Profile screening: Evaluate candidate academic backgrounds, resume details, and current technical skill levels.
- Map careers: Align candidate skill gaps with the right specialized training and hiring partner demands.
- Pitch placement outcomes: Convince candidates by highlighting our direct corporate tie-ups, mock interview prep, and proven track record of placing trained students into corporate jobs.
- Overcome doubts: Resolve hesitation regarding program commitments, training timelines, and job assurance terms.
- Onboard talent: Facilitate smooth candidate enrollment, batch allocation, and collection of registration documents.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
