Purpose/Objective

The Project Lead – IT is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The role involves coordinating with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives while aligning with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Planning & Execution - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, and system implementation initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and status reporting.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Team Leadership - Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising developers, infrastructure specialists, analysts, and third-party vendors.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and resolve project-related issues.
- Foster collaboration and ensure effective knowledge sharing among team members.
Risk & Issue Management - Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues appropriately.
- Ensure timely resolution of project roadblocks to minimize business impact.
Budget & Vendor Management - Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
- Evaluate and coordinate with technology vendors and service providers.
