P.E. Analytics Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Engagement Manager with 3-5 years of experience to manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, ensure smooth delivery, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop solid, long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.
- Handle and guide the team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure team members meet defined targets and deliverables.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, follow-ups, and performance discussions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between clients, team members, and internal departments.
- Monitor project/account progress, timelines, deliverables,



and overall client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, and long-term business growth.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, proposals, and account performance updates.
- Address client escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Mentor and support team members to improve productivity, service quality, and client-handling capabilities.
- Track team and account-level KPIs and take corrective action wherever required.
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account activities, opportunities, and feedback.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Delivery, and Leadership teams to achieve business and client objectives.
