- Implement the project HSE/Safety Plan at site.
- Monitor daily construction activities and identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with approved safety procedures and method statements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure corrective action.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings.
- Provide safety induction to recent workers and visitors.
- Conduct safety training based on site hazards.
- Communicate safety requirements to workers, supervisors and contractors.
