Role Overview
We are looking for an
Associate Consultant
to manage
end-to-end executive hiring
. This role is focused on hiring
mid-to-senior-level professionals and C-suite executives
, rather than high-volume or junior-level recruitment.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to client management, negotiation, and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for mid-to-senior-level and
C-suite positions
.
- Source relevant and high-quality candidates through
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
.
- Conduct detailed
candidate screening and assessment
.
- Engage with candidates at senior levels and understand their career interests and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through closure.
- Handle
compensation negotiations and offer discussions
.
- Communicate directly with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong
candidate and client relationships
.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using
MS Excel
.
- Prepare professional
presentations and recruitment updates
.
- Manage multiple assignments independently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
