We are expanding our global presence with a new business unit in Noida, India, and are actively hiring talented software engineers and other key roles to join our growing team.

Role & responsibilities

Rise has hundreds of small operational issues that individually seem too minor to prioritize, but collectively cost us significant time and efficiency. We are looking for someone to own these and solve them with AI.

You will report directly to the Co-CEO and work independently to understand, scope, and fix operational bottlenecks across the company.

These problems have lingered because no one has had the bandwidth to tackle them, but the right person could jump in and figure them out

independently.





Your work will make Rise better 1% at a time, compounding into massive gains over time.

The day-to-day
- Identify operational inefficiencies across the organization that could be solved with AI or automation.
- Scope, prioritize, and independently execute solutions from discovery to deployment.
- Build AI-powered tools and workflows using existing platforms (no coding required; comfort with prompts, APIs, and no-code tools helps).
- Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Client Experience, and Product to understand pain points and validate solutions.
- Maintain a running inventory of operational improvement opportunities for the company.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or a similar high-output workplace.
- Demonstrated experience using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) at an advanced level (e.g. projects, skills, customGPTs, connect
