THE ROLE

Full time | Work from office | 1+ Year Experience

You'll plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts — tracking CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CTR to turn data into decisions that improve client performance.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU CAN:

✅ Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads end-to-end

✅ Manage and prioritize campaigns across multiple clients

✅ Read campaign data and act on it, not just report it

✅ Handle Meta Pixel, GA, and GTM tracking setup

✅ Test creatives, audiences, and offers systematically

✅ Speak Malayalam & English fluently





✅ Use AI tools (Claude, Manus AI, etc.) to speed up research, reporting & strategy

BONUS POINTS FOR:

→ Prior agency experience handling multiple client accounts

→ Lead-gen or e-commerce campaign experience

→ A portfolio of real client results

→ Already using AI in your daily marketing workflow
