Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR & Marketing Trainee role based in Chennai. The trainee will support day-to-day HR activities,
including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and basic HR policy implementation. The role will also include helping manage personnel records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating employee advantages-related communication under guidance from senior team members. On the marketing side, the trainee will assist in creating and updating marketing materials, supporting social media and outreach campaigns, and coordinating with academic and industry partners for events and collaborations. The position offers hands-on exposure to both HR and marketing functions within a fast-paced aerospace startup environment, with opportunities to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals.
Qualifications
