Project Coordinator / MIS Executive

About the Role

I4S is looking for a Project Coordinator / MIS Executive to support project coordination, MIS reporting, documentation, scheduling, and team follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track project schedules, tasks, and pending activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.




- Follow up with team members for timely task completion.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Prepare and update Excel-based reports.
- Support project planning and coordination activities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Project Coordination, Operations, or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Valuable documentation and organizational abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from non-IT backgrounds are welcome.

Ideal Candidate

A candidate who is comfortable with MS Excel, MIS reporting, documentation, coordination, follow-ups, and project tracking and is interested in building a career in MIS / Project Coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
