Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Production

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support production supervisors in machine operations and manpower management.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Identify production issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Learn and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other operational excellence practices.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering,



Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of relevant experience.
- Valuable academic record and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing operations.
- Understanding of quality systems and process control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
