We're looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to build and enhance CRM solutions for the banking workplace. You'll work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure to deliver scalable solutions that support critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Build workflows and automation using Power Automate and develop Power Plugins.
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CEM) modules.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft Azure and other enterprise applications.
- Work with business and technical teams to deliver and support CRM solutions.
Requirements:
Must-Have
- 6–12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Plugins.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CEM).
- 10+ years of Banking/BFSI domain experience – Mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure integration.
