Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable GCP data platforms.
- Build batch, incremental, and streaming data pipelines.
- Develop transformations using BigQuery, SQL, and Dataform/dbt.
- Build reusable metadata/configuration-driven frameworks.
- Design workflows using Cloud Composer/Airflow.
- Optimize data platforms for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.
Requirements
- Strong experience with GCP and BigQuery.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with Dataform/dbt and Airflow.
- Experience with Dataflow/Beam and Dataproc/Spark/PySpark.
- Robust knowledge of data modelling, data contracts, and schema management.
- Experience with data quality, lineage, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
