Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new advertising and business leads.
- Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, email, and networking.
- Promote advertising packages, TV programs, digital campaigns, events, and media production services.
- Meet clients to understand their marketing and promotional requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and media packages.
- Negotiate pricing and close advertising sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into confirmed clients.
- Coordinate with the production, creative, digital marketing, and event teams to deliver client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.




- Monitor market trends and identify new advertising opportunities.
- Represent Master Vision International professionally at business meetings and events.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of advertising, media, digital marketing, or event promotion.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
