Role & responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead generation.

* Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

* Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

* Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Preferred candidate profile

* 25 years of experience in digital advertising.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

* Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Excellent communication and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
