Job Summary

Titan Biotech Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive / Manager to manage end-to-end tendering and bidding activities, with a strong focus on GeM and government tenders.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GeM, e-tendering, bid preparation, bid submission, tender documentation, and government procurement, preferably within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tendering and bidding process from tender identification to final submission.
- Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities, including bid participation and submission.
- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and institutional tenders.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ, EMD, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Production, Quality, Technical, and other departments for tender preparation.
- Prepare tender-related documents, compliance sheets, quotations, declarations, and supporting documents.




- Monitor tender amendments, corrigendums, submission deadlines, bid results, and status.
- Handle online bidding and reverse auction activities wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, bids, contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Tendering / Bidding / GeM.
- Hands-on experience with the GeM portal is mandatory.
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government tenders, e-tendering, bid submission, and tender documentation.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, EMD, eligibility criteria, compliance sheets, and tender terms & conditions.
