About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll support, statutory processes, onboarding, and HR operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Support joining and onboarding formalities, including documentation and employee file management.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Monitor and maintain attendance, leave records, and attendance regularisation.
- Assist with payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, advances, loans, and other HR-related data.
- Support PF and ESIC processes, including documentation,



employee coordination, and follow-ups with consultants/service providers.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, employee communication, trackers, and other HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR initiatives.
- Assist with employee exit formalities, clearance, full & final documentation, and relieving processes.
- Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for day-to-day HR requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across departments.
- Visit factory and retail stores as required to support HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, and compliance-related requirements.
- Provide general HR and administrative support to the HR team.
