We are looking for a
Sourcing Specialist
with experience in sourcing and procurement within the
ICM, electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or discrete manufacturing industry
.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent suppliers.
- Handle RFQs, quotation analysis, and price negotiations.
- Source electronic components, raw materials, and manufacturing requirements.
- Develop alternate suppliers and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Planning teams.
- Maintain sourcing and procurement records in
SAP/ERP
.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- SAP/ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
- Experience in
ICM / Electronics / Semiconductor / EMS manufacturing
will be an advantage.
