About the Role:

This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who wants to understand how business development really works in the events, media, and experiential space. As a Business Development Intern, youll work closely with the team on identifying opportunities, coordinating client communication, and getting a front-row view of how meetings turn into mandates and mandates turn into projects. If youre curious about business development and want real exposure, not just theory, this internship is for you.





Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads across corporate, automotive, manufacturing, and MICE sectors.
- Make calls to prospective clients to introduce offerings and set up meetings.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and following up on action items.
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with Production and Creative teams for feasibility and execution.
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, including calls for status updates and feedback, while documenting requirements and tracking timelines under guidance.

Required Skills Traits
- Solid communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
- Basic understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and stay organized while multitasking.
