About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our EPT (English Proficiency Test) Department. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and student counselling. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining IELTS/PTE courses, and assisting in converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' requirements and provide basic information about IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency courses.
- Assist in counselling students and recommending suitable courses based on their requirements.




- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Explain course details, batch schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for student enrollment and onboarding.
- Work towards assigned sales and admission goals.

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
