We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and organized Gym Admin to manage the day-to-day administrative activities of our gym. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate gym operations efficiently.

Previous experience working in a gym, fitness centre, or wellness industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-desk and administrative operations
- Welcome members and provide excellent customer service
- Handle member enquiries, registrations, renewals, and payments
- Maintain accurate member records and administrative documentation
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and general gym activities
- Follow up with prospective and existing members
- Assist with membership sales and customer retention
- Coordinate with trainers and other gym staff
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries
- Monitor basic office and gym-related administrative requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly reports when required
- Ensure a skilled, clean, and welcoming environment for members




- Support the management team with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements
- Previous experience in gym administration, fitness, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
- Gym/Fitness industry experience will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Candidates with previous gym or fitness industry experience will be given preference.
