Job Summary

Homesol Real Estate Advisory LLP is looking for a Research Intern to support the research and business development team by gathering, analysing, and organising real estate market data. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, maintaining databases, tracking market trends, and preparing reports to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Collect and analyse market data, pricing, inventory, and competitor information.
- Research developers, builders, and recent project launches.
- Prepare market reports, presentations, and comparative analyses.
- Maintain and update project and client databases.
- Monitor real estate trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Support the sales, sourcing, and leasing teams with research-based insights.




- Gather information from online portals, industry reports, and market surveys.
- Assist management with data collection and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of the real estate industry.

- Presentation and documentation skills.

Stipend: As per company standards

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
