Job Description / Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and lead TMS (Toll Management System) and ATMS (Advanced Traffic Management System) related field activities at project sites.
2. Monitor SLA compliance and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of system/equipment-related issues.
3. Undertake frequent site travel across India for quality assurance, system monitoring and implementation of TMS/ATMS systems.
4. Ensure smooth operation and functionality of TMS/ATMS equipment and immediately report, escalate and coordinate resolution of any observed issues.
5. Plan and coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and timely implementation.
6. Maintain and control inventory of TMS, ATMS, IT equipment and related system components at project sites.
7. Monitor daily site status reports and ensure timely submission and follow-up of pending issues.
8. Coordinate and follow up with vendors for equipment/material delivery and implementation schedules.
9. Ensure timely application of patches, software updates and upgrades on servers,



workstations and other relevant IT systems.
10. Ensure implementation and compliance of secure network infrastructure policies at project sites.
11. Monitor AMC activities for TMS/ATMS/IT systems across PAN India projects and coordinate with service providers for timely maintenance.
12. Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly MIS reports related to TMS, ATMS and IT operations.
13. Ensure TMS/ATMS equipment and systems are operating/functioning as per RFP requirements, applicable policy guidelines and project requirements.
14. Coordinate with project teams, vendors and system engineers for smooth operation, maintenance and implementation of TMS/ATMS systems.

Additional Requirement

System Engineers will be deployed at projects for system monitoring and operations on a zone-wise basis (North and South).
