Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Business Development (Lead, Manager, Head) with strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling, capable of driving strategic growth across corporate mental wellness, learning & development, and behavioral training solutions. This role demands a mature professional who can build long-term client relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Growth




- Drive revenue growth through enterprise and mid-market client acquisition
- Identify current business opportunities across corporate wellness, L&D;, and mental health programs
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational goals

Consultative & Solution Selling
- Lead client discovery conversations to understand pain points and design customized solutions
- Position mental wellness programs, therapy solutions, leadership training, and behavioural interventions
- Own the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D; Leaders, and decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business

Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with internal therapy, product, and delivery teams to co-create impactful offerings
- Mentor junior BD team members and contribute to capability building
