AI-powered GTM does not mean sending more generic email at scale. It means using AI, automation, data, and human judgment together to build a repeatable growth system.The workflow will include:
- ICP discovery: test multiple customer segments, study response patterns, and identify where Mina has the strongest pull.
- Lead research and enrichment: use AI and enrichment workflows to understand accounts, roles, likely use cases, and outreach priority.
- Personalized outbound: build repeatable email, LinkedIn, and call workflows that are targeted without becoming fully manual.
- Calling into North America: make outbound calls yourself, test call scripts, learn from objections, and improve the motion based on real conversations.
- Demo-led conversion: run discovery, demos, and follow-ups with a clear view of buyer pain, use case, fit, and next step.
- PLG experiments: test ways for users to try, adopt, and understand Mina with lower manual effort.
- Partnership and community experiments: test practical ways to reach founder, sales, customer success, recruiting,



and operator communities where Mina may be useful.
- Automated onboarding and activation: help design simple onboarding flows so small-ticket customers can start using Mina without heavy hand-holding.
- Feedback loop to product: turn customer conversations, objections, demo learnings, and activation friction into clear product and GTM insights.

REQUIRED SKILLS :
- 1 - 3 years of directly relevant experience across GTM, outbound, growth, SaaS, RevOps, founders office, GTM systems, or North America selling. This does not need to mean 13 years of total work experience.
- At least 1215 months of hands-on AI work in GTM, sales, growth, research, outbound, automation, customer workflows, or internal productivity.
- Robust no-code / low-code automation ability. You should be able to design workflows using AI tools, enrichment tools, outbound tools, CRM workflows, automation platforms, meeting intelligence, and lightweig
