Job Summary:

Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests during banquets, weddings, corporate events, and special functions while ensuring a warm, professional, and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at banquet events
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and guide them to designated areas
- Provide information about the event, menu, facilities, and schedules
- Coordinate with Banquet Service, F&B;, and Event teams
- Handle guest requests and queries professionally
- Assist in managing guest flow during events
- Ensure banquet areas are properly prepared and presentable
- Support the service team during high-volume events when required
- Handle VIP guests and special guest requirements
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance throughout the event
- Collect guest feedback and report concerns to the supervisor

- Good coordination and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage

Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in banquets, hotels, restaurants, events, or hospitality
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury hotels, banquet halls, wedding venues, resorts, or premium event properties
- Experience handling weddings, corporate events, conferences, and VIP functions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
