We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to manage the tendering process, coordinate with internal teams, prepare bid documents, and ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information and documents.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Coordinate EMD, PBG, tender fees, and other required documentation.
- Upload and submit tenders through relevant e-procurement portals.
- Track tender deadlines, submission status, and results.
- Coordinate with clients for tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all tenders.
- Prepare tender status reports and provide regular updates to management.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant tendering experience and suitable qualifications may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of tendering and e-procurement processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive documentation and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
Experience
Minimum 2 Year of Relevant Experience
Pay: ₹15,872.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
