ALOIS Australia is looking for an experienced
In-House Visa Consultant
to join our growing team and support Australian immigration and visa processing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process a wide range of Australian visa applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Australian immigration policies, visa reforms, and legislative changes.
- Assess candidate eligibility and identify skill gaps against visa requirements.
- Provide guidance on suitable visa pathways based on individual profiles.
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications with accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with candidates, employers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the visa process.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and case management.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in Australian visa filing and processing.
- Solid knowledge of




all Australian visa categories and pathways
, including employer-sponsored, skilled migration, family, student, and temporary visas.
- In-depth understanding of
latest visa reforms, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements
.
- Excellent knowledge of eligibility assessments, occupation requirements, and skill gap analysis.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end visa applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Australian migration and immigration processes.
- Knowledge of skills assessments, state nominations, and employer-sponsored visa requirements.
- Ability to provide strategic visa pathway recommendations.
