Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and project quotations for residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of interior materials, measurements, pricing, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and quotations for interior projects.
- Study 2D drawings, 3D designs, layouts, and project requirements.
- Take off quantities for modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings.
- Calculate material quantities, labour costs, installation charges, and other project expenses.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, Purchaser, and site teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain updated material and labour rate records.
- Identify cost variations and ensure estimates are within the approved project budget.




- Prepare revised estimates based on design or client changes.
- Support the sales and design team with accurate project costing.
- Verify measurements and quantities with site teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, BOQs, quotations, and project costing.
- Ensure all estimates are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior estimation, quantity surveying, or related work preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior layouts.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/BOQ preparation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
