This role is accountable for driving architectural leadership and technical direction in memory characterization projects. The position oversees solution strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-domain alignment to ensure delivery of advanced, compliant, and business-focused memory solutions. They serve as a technical authority, guiding project execution and innovation within enterprise-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead architectural definition and optimization of memory characterization solutions using advanced characterization tools (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, Keysight), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and client specifications.
2. Oversee cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable memory characterization strategies and actionable technical deliverables.
3. Establish and enforce compliance with industry benchmarks and internal standards for memory device testing, reliability analysis, and statistical data interpretation.

Govern the integration of process automation and emerging technologies (such as AI/ML-driven characterization platforms) to enhance solution efficiency and innovation in memory characterization workflows.
5. Monitor project performance metrics, manage risks, and implement corrective actions utilizing project management tools and methodologies tailored for memory characterization programs.
6. Advocate continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in memory characterization, process enhancements, and the adoption of recent technology trends.
Skill Requirements
